Handyperson | Yard Work | Kid Wrangling

I have several properties that need light handiwork, like painting, preventive maintenance on chairs in a cafe, fixing a drain, chaulking a sink, moving stuff around, organizing warehouse storage, etc. Nothing requires a ton of skill, but it definitely requires a basic knowledge of hand and power tools, a good eye, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a can-do mindset. Also, properties need weeding, cleanup, general yard work, and tree & flower maintenance. Lastly, we are in need of some occasional help at our home with transportation, activities, and 'hanging out' with an 11-year-old boy. If you have a variety of job experience in these areas, a can-do attitude, are detail-oriented, are good with kids, have transportation of your own, and want to work 25-40 hours/week this summer, this is the job for you.
